This work-ready program aims to equip students for internship through mixture of lectures, interactive small group workshops, simulation sessions, online modules as well as completion of assignments. One whole day per week during internship semester is devoted to the program. Assignments include a cultural awareness guided case study reflection, review of a coroner's case, teaching skills and simulation-based assessment tasks. Students are also required to complete modules from the National Prescribing Curriculum and an Essential Competencies Portfolio. |
