Syllabus:

In this course, students will build on from knowledge and skills acquired in Speech Pathology Assessment and Management A and B and apply the principles for person-centered and evidence-based practice in increasingly complex clinical scenarios, including issues related to traumatic brain injury, vulnerable populations, paediatric feeding and swallowing, and dementia and palliative care. Students will consider contextual complexity related to working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities, mental health, interprofessional practice and ethical practice.
